I offer partnership training, circuit and bootcamp clases; Zumba, Zumba toning, Strong by Zumba, & Mixxedfit dance fitness classes, & meal prep assistance that will help you build a stronger heart, endurance, a full body workout, & a lifestyle change that will help you shed and keep the inches & pounds off.
