About Ryan
At Crossfit Bloomfield, we do not simply exist as a place for members to work out for an hour and leave. We build lasting relationships not just between trainer and student, but student to student relationships as well.
We are dedicated to getting you the results that you're looking for, whether it's through our Crossfit classes, personal training, or nutrition programs. We want to help you be the best YOU that you can be.
We are located at 799 Industrial Ct, Bloomfield Hills, MI where we have been giving our members the kind of training that keeps them coming back for more!
I have been not only a Crossfit instructor for over a year, but a Crossfit Gymnastics instructor as well. I can teach you effectively in both weight training and bodyweight movements.
