About Brian
I not only train my clients to become stronger and healthier, but teach them along the way so eventually they can become self sufficient! I create a bond with my clients and treat them like family. I got into coaching to help as many people as possible and I will never stop helping!".
I have two certification and close to a decade of experience and can train anyone with or without weights, at home or in a park. I've studied movement from RFT to parkour to engage the body in different ways.
