We are a result driven personal training company that speaciize in one on one and small group training with experience in boxing TRX cross fit and muscle relaxation and recovery. We are dedicated to shaping bodies and saving lives.,
I truly love changing people lives and building lasting solid relationships
I got started training after a basketball injury suffered in high school. The injury motivated me to be a factor in altering people lives through the power of wellness and fitness
I have a degree in sports fitness and therapeutic recreation as was as multiple certification in sports and conditioning TRX and cross fit

Our process starts by meeting and asssessing all clients before designing there customize training plan
I have work with clients as young as 8 years of age up to 73 years of age from all walks of life ie athletes. Weekend warriors to senditary people looking to jump start they way to a healthier life style
I would advise a student to know and be clear of their fitness goals, and understand that the nice guy/gal may not be the trainer they need to hire. Not only should he or she be knowledable they should also look the part
