About Elizabeth
I have been meditating for 9 years and it has changed my life. What once was..."I am not good enough"..."I never will be able to do this"..."I cant acieve this"...ect. has all changed! Anything is possible with Mastering your thoughts and emotions, pointing them in the right direction and taking inspired action to achieve the life you only dreamed about! You have always been the person you want to be...you just have been blocking the way for them to express theirselves!
I started my meditation journey 9 years ago with my teacher who was previously a Navy Seal. He taught the techniques he learned and had many stories to support the idea that it is a lifesaver to be able to Master your thoughts and emotions. Being a Master of thought also gives you the ability to really create your world as you wish! I continued learning meditation techniques from successful teachers from around the world. I am still learning because as the Universe expands so I too expand!

We will start by learning what the 4 phases of the meditation are about. We will then proceed to learn some journaling techniques that will help the mindset for daily use as well as the journaling done previous to the meditation.And then we are off to the races with journaling and meditation.
