About Joshua
Hello!
I am ISSA certified personal trainer. I train with functionality in mind. My training involes kettlebells, Maceballs, Calisthenics, OCR, and Animal moves. I want you to be your BEAST-SELF.
I started this passion in 2020 with all the world holding its breath for what waa going to happen. In that time I found my calling to help others with fitness in mind. I am following my dream of Parkour and obstacle course racing. Let me help you get to your goals.
