About Elias
I have always had an affinity with helping others acheiving their goals. It is not just a job or a career but a passion of mine. I have played college basketball and professional basketball and have seen various techniques and hteories of fitness put to use. I am also a certied personal trainer with a college degree in biology. I am passionate of helping people and I believe with my help, we can both reach our goals.
