About Elizabeth
I perform physical therapy services and train individuals on proper biomechanics and strength training while incorporating myofascial release and manipulations as needed on an individual basis. I'm passionate about helping my clientele improve their quality of life through quality movement while pushing themselves safely beyond what they previously could do.
I've been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2013 and training and coaching for 15 years.
