About C john
My name is John. I am a professional crossfit trainer and swimmer who graduated from the sports academy in Europe. I am also licensed to teach kickboxing, fitness and health coaching. I started my career as a swimmer when I was 6 years old and that love for movement drew me to be a national champion in swimming. I am also passioned about nutrition and healthy ways of optimizing the body for whatever your goals are. I want to motivate you to look and feel your best. I enjoy all different types of fitness and hope to share that love of fitness with you! When I’m with a client and they are seconds from giving up, I encourage them to push themselves and not gıve up. İ can see the happiness my clients have when they go beyond the limits they placed on themselves. That ıs what makes me LOVE my job!
