I use the training and lessons learned from my play professionally and the certifications from NASM, to assist clients in reaching their goals.
The interaction with clients and their growth from day to day.
I started by only training athletes and one client's mom asked me to help her lose weight for an upcoming wedding. Things just took off from there.

Perfect! Very good experience. Very experienced and knowledgeable coach with good soft skills for young kids.
