About Michelle
My name is Michelle and I am a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I also received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Coaching from Missouri State University where I played Division I softball. I have a real desire to help motivate people mentally and physically and am a firm believer that true wellness is achieved through both. My goal is to help you create the best you possible, regardless of your goals, by establishing sustainable and realistic habits and creating a strong mind and body relationship. I became a personal trainer to spread my knowledge and love for fitness and activity. I find great pleasure in helping people thrive and become the best version of them self as possible. Fitness is one of the ways I am able to reach out and motivate others on their journey to becoming a more fulfilled version of themselves. Let's become the best versions of ourselves together!
