About Andrea
I believe in being fit is more than just hitting the gym. It's a whole mental state or lifestyle. But that doesn't mean you have to go to extremes. I help people become a healthier and stronger version of themselves without going crazy.
To be honest, one of my favorite things is to cut away all the propaganda and misinformation out there and talk to my clients about what proven science has said. There is not a one size fits all nutrition program and there isn't a one size fits all fitness program. Everyone had their own journey.
