About Dallis
My name is coach cash and i love to train. But the most loved thing i love about training is helping people rench their fitness dream and aspirations. Just to see the happy faces of self accomplishment is my biggest reward and main foucus. All i ask is to work hard and stay focus to acomplished success because your success is my happiness
The main foucus when i train people is to encourage them to keep going. I love interacting with new people and share what i love to do as a lifestyle. The biggest and the most important reward is your success. This is a love and passion before anything. Helping you is just the finish result of my love and passion for fittness 💯❤💪🏾😀🙏🏾. I am always had a love and passion for fittness. I have been working out since middle. I have been teaching fitness since i graduated from high school and now working on competing for mens physique competition.
I am a certified personal trainer and former boy scout.

I like to get know the person on training level to connect first to am i the perfect that person. Then i like to ask questions about there health, any broken bones or disabilities they may have that may interfere with the work out sessions. After the client has made a decision then i ask them to sign a safety waiver.
Be very opend minded and welling to try new things. Be very patient observant. Encourage your student push beyond there limit in a safe manor.
