I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years in New York City. Recently I have re-located to downtown fort Lauderdale. I specializing in weight loss, strength & conditioning. I have extensive experience working with older populations and those recovering from injuries. I understand that each individual has specific fitness needs and will tailor a program for the client to reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle!
