About David
I work with busy professionals in implementing daily habits that allows them to transform their bodies by eating healthy and getting stronger which enables them to be more productive and energetic in all aspects of their life.
I believe that the key component missing in many people's workout routines is that of nutrition. In order to reach our true potential we need to fuel our bodies with wholesome, healthy, nutrient dense foods at the correct times. I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and a ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
I am passionate in educating and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and dreams.
Worked as a Personal Trainer in a high end gym for 9 years where I also held the positions of Personal Training and Fitness Manager.
I am a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
I am a ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer
I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Education.
