Knowledgeable, supportive personal trainer specializing in strength training, flexibility, mobility and balance.
Fitness was a passion of mine for a long time. When I met my mentor, a long time personal traiiner, she encouraged me to give it a try. I got my certification and it wasn't long before I was doing fitness training full-time.

Free initial consult where we sit down face to face (via Skype). This is our opportunity talk about your goals for us to get to know each other and make sure working together is the right fit for both of us. Next steps are to sign up for a training plan and start our work together. The first session is a fitness assessment that give the client a baseline and helps me to get things started off right in designing their workouts.
I typically work with women and couples aged 40+.
Make sure the trainer you hire listens to you and understands your goals. It's also a good idea hire someone who has experience helping people like you reach the same type of goals you would like to reach.
