About Joseph
We are a strong community of coaches and athletes. At CFDA you not only get a knowledgeable coach but also someone who can relate to your struggles and help you break through barriers.
We love working with people and helping them build stronger bodies. Teaching someoone about health and fitness is our passion and we love to share it with as many people as possible.
All of our coaches are minimally Level 1 CrossFit Coaches and specialize in different areas. Track Athletes, Physique training, Olympic weightlifting and general fitness.

First we have to go over what the athletes goals are and what areas they are looking to focus on. After we get a base idea of what the athlete needs we can set up a trial session with on of our coaches with the focus needed.
