At Grand Junction Weightlifting Club, we believe in getting STRONG. We train to become better:
Weightlifters (Snatch/Clean&Jerk)
Power Lifters (Squat/Bench/Deadlift)
Athletes (Strength&Conditioning)
We utilize the exercises and training style of Olympic Weightlifting to become more powerful, stronger, and faster athletes.
I love helping people achieve their athletic goals. I believe it transfers confidence to every other aspect of their life.
