I love seeing the excitement of my clients when they notice the changes that are happening to them. Fitness is life. Eat Smart and enjoy your life!
The best part about this line of work is that I'm at a point where I know what I can still enjoy and what I need to be moderate with. After learning the certain foods that pile on fat the shred gets so much easier.
Started by helping friends and worked up to this.
Currently in school for personal training. Also have a very resilient attitude.
