25 Years experience in the field.
Masters degree in kinesiology and exercise science. Certifications in the following- personal trainer, TRX, ISSA sports nutrition, ISSA bodybuilding specialist Precision Nutrion Certification, certified fitness trainer, elite trainer, previous ACE and NASM certification. Natural pro competitive bodybuilder.

An initial assessment will be perfermed to get your current fitness level and needs. Then a Custom program is built for you and your specific needs.
Students that have lost 10-150lbs. Students that are competiing as natural bikini, figure, and bodybuilding competitors. Also students that are wanting to maintain their current fitness level.
Make sure to question your teacher, make sure they know what they are doing. Just becoming a trainer is a simple process. Check references!
