About Albert
With over 20 years experience as a trainer and coach Albert Lamont is dedicated to making people healthier, stronger, better versions of themselves using fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
As a former pro muaythai fighter, national champ, and a championship winning coach I know all about setting goals, working to achieve those goals, and reaching those goals using fitness.
First you feel stronger, then you look stronger, then you act stronger and that strength translates into every aspect of your life. Whatching that process is what I enjoy most when working with my clients.
