About Kawaljit
Life is short. Don't postpone joy. Our true nature is love, peace, and happiness but unfortunately it is obstructed and veiled by our complusive thinking mind. We don't know how to let go and be free from the imprisonment of our own minds. Meditation gives us a tool to overcome this limited condioning and be the master of our mind. Let's explore together and experience easy and natural way to discover our true nature.
Meeting new people from different walks of life- inspiring and sharing life experiences. There is no one size fits all. Let's find out together where you can be supported in your inner fulfillment. I have been practicing meditation for almost 40 years under the guidance of most renowned teachers such as- Osho, J Krishnamurthy, Ramana, Papaji, and Goenka. In 2003, I had a near-death experience which lead me to start sharing this peace and joy with others.
