I have all the equipment handy , so if you feel better working out in your own home I can come to you.
Everything!!! Helping people feel better about themselves physically and mentally.

I started working in this profession 30 years ago. I took a break from getting paid as a trainer for years, but never stopped working on myself and the knowledge and experience.
