About Daniel
I love working with individuals to make them better than they currently are. I have been a certified fitness trainer since 1990 and have owned and operated a facility since 2012. I am not the cheapest service around, but will give more value than anyone else. I am all about quality & results and not high volumes of clients
A married couple in the 50's & 60's reluctantly were introduced to me via their daughter. They hesitantly started group training with me 2x/week and have since been coming in up to 4x/week! They thought the program would be no different than the typical boring health club workout that they would end up quitting after a few weeks

Private one on one training is $90/session
Semi-private (up to 2 people) is approximately $45-$50/session
Group Classes are $99-$175/month based on how many sessions/week
