I had an awesome experience with Rodney. He made fitness FUN! He motivated me to get back into shape, ,make my health and wellness a priority, get back into working out so that I could get back to doing many of the things that I enjoy; and also sharing that love and passion with others! He is funny, fun, knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness and keeps it 100% real. He's always checking in on you to make sure you're ok and back on your game. He loves his work but more than anything, he loves to motivate others and share that passion with the people.

My experience with king Rod was and enjoyable and fantastic one, I always look forward to his step and sticks classes which was fun to do but yet give you a good sweat. I liked the fact that his workout was high energy but I also like the fact that he appeared to be having fun and he was approachable.

I started personal training with King Rod in October and I have to say he is experienced and committed, he makes my workouts fun and challenging and ensures that I have proper technique to avoid injuries....he also provides tools for me too workout when I'm not with him...He is reliable and punctual...great listener, great motivator... yes I'm seeing results and getting stronger....I will not hesitate to recommend him as a trainer...

You can tell he was enthusiastic about working out. Nothing felt forced. The experience was very client centered and he met you at the point you were at in your working out/being fit and healthy journey.

I trained with Rod for months through the NYC ShapeUp NYC program. He was always enthusiastic and got us motivated. He gave a lot of his extra time making sure we were trained well, sharing from his own personal experiece. He went above and beyond the things he had to do for us. I am still able to contact Rod when I have questions and/or need to bounce something off someone with more experience. Now that I’m working at a fitnesss instructor I try to bring Rod’s energy and dedication to everything I do.

His workout and classes are very intense and give great results, I lost weight as well as inches ... i also have a back injury and permanent nerve damage Rod was patient with me and helpful whenever i had concerns ... unfortunately I had to stop training bcus of medical reasons but i will be back as soon as im good
