About Rasheen
I’m a personal and group trainer. I just open a 24/7 gym here in Lancaster Pa. I have over 10 years experience getting results and changing they way you look and see yourself in the mirror!
I trained my own body then competed in a men's physique competition. I fell in love with the sport partnered up with an exiting gym and took off from there
I have a master certification in group & personal training

Perfect! Rasheen is great. He definitely has pushed me to places I haven’t been before. As a middle-aged guy I have some physical restrictions due to some old injuries. Rasheen is great at knowing when to adapt to the routine to fit my body and when to tell me to quit complaining and keep working.

Group strength training classes $20 a session if you commit to 5 months $25 hour no contract
