About Chanele
I help people look fitter and become healthier by achieving their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose fat, look toner and leaner, feel better about yourself, have more energy, or just function and move better, I got you!
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, Corrective Excercise Specialist, RKC Kettlebell Instructor and TRX instructor. I have helped several people with fat loss, muscle gain, and overall achieving their fitness goals!
Being able to help individuals become the best version of themselves throughout teaching healthy habits and motivating them !
With my own weight and fat loss journey. It made me realize I could help more people than only myself. !
