About Sarah
My private studio is geared towards women. It allows them to gain confidence and let their guard down. We have fun in our sessions and keep things laid back. I like to bond with each client because it is a personal experience. I've been in business for over 10 years and enjoy sharing my passion with other women!
I've been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years through Expert Rating. I've been a fitness model for almost 20 years. I received my WNBF pro card in figure bodybuilding in 2018.

My clients fill out my online form on my website to get started and from there we schedule a free consultation where we go over their goals and what they are looking for. Each client receives their own personal nutrition plan geared for their goals as well as a cardio workout to do outside of the studio.
