I am Tanisha The Trainer and I am excited to help ypu reach your lifestyle change. I am, not only a Fitness Specialists but, I teach ancient bellydance aa well as bodysculpting and strength training. Being a vegan trainer, my mealplans are sculpted toward a more holistic apporch. Allow me to help ypu achieve the physique and overall wellness that will follow you for life!
I have a diploma in Fitness and nutrition, a certification in master kickboxing, a cerification in Bellydancing and holistic fitness.

For working with a new client, my typical process is to do an evaluation on the person to see where they are. Do they have any internal and external problems and concerns. I want to know medical history as well as theiw goals. Then I would explain to them what I can do for them.
