I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life. Call it a midlife desire, but I wanted to understand the human body in depth. That's when I researched dozens of qualifying bodies and decided on the Internations SPorts Science Association.
Professionally Certified for over 25 years and Master Certified for over 12.

First is a phone call. After the initial conversation, an orientation is scheduled. It's at this time that a decision will be made, by me and the prospective client, whether or not to move forward. If we decide to work together, documents such as medical and exercise history will be completed. All questions and concerns will be addressed.
Ask A LOT of questions!! Safety is my main concern. Listen to what the "trainer" says. Is he or she trying to sell you?
