I like to discover exactly what my clients goals are and see if we are a good fit. Once it's a go, we get to work immediately. Depending on your needs we may focus strongly on dietary needs/changes temporarily OR we stay focused on the physical aspect. I like to perform a functional movement screening on all of my clients to determine potential risks for injury prior to implimenting a specific plan. Your level of commitment will determine your level of results. I look forward to passionately working with you to achieve your goals!
