About Emily
Hello, my name is Emily! I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been helping people change their lives for over 5 years. My passion is to help those who want to better their lifestyle inside the gym, in the kitchen, and in LIFE! I have experience HIIT training, Sports Performance Training, Strength and Conditioning, as well as CrossFit. I also train youth athletes of all sports.
My qualifications are listed below:
-B.S. Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition
- Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist
-CrossFit Level 1 Certified

I began coaching group HIIT classes while going through college then trasitioned into BootCamp type classes. I now coach CrossFit (4 years) and do private training. If you are not interested in CrossFit, I can accomodate for any type you are looking for!

First we would have a consultation where we would discuss goals and previous habits. Next we would schedule our first training session.
I have worked with ages ranging from 8 years old all the way to 65 years old. I have worked with those wanting to gain muscle as well as those wanting to lose fat. I also have an extensive background in working with youth athletes and injury prevention.
