About Richard
My fitness journey began when i started working out at the age of 16 as a junior in high school. I took to books and regularly attended fitness and bodybuilding seminars where i learned to properly eat and exercise to optimize my results. Since then, I have continued to educate myself by continuing to read up on new advances on exercise and nutrition and getting certified as a personal trainer from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I have a passion for helping others achieve the results they desire. I am based on Long Island, New York. I train clients on a one on one basis as I believe in giving each client my full attention.
