About Karen
I have been a personal trainer for over 30 years. I have learned so much over the years on how to get my clients to love themselves and change themselves without feeling like life has to stop so they can achieve their goals. We learn together how to make changes to suit thier lifestyle. The biggest reward is to see a happy client. Results are gold in our world. When you can reach your goals without missing out on life, it makes it worth the work you put in. Always Nutrition and Fitness is a one stop health shop, we have a training studio, health food store, and a smoothie bar. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified nutrition coach, and a Natural Bodybuilder. I also judge for the natural Bodybuilding. I am a ANBF figure pro, and physique competitor.
