About Russell
I help men who have been going through the viscious cycle of trying by themselves, failing, and quitting over and over again. I help them turn their frustrations into positive attitudes, healthy eating, and exercise.
I am a personal trainer for men with limited mobility from the military, accidents, injuries, or just plain getting older. I help them regain become the King of Their Castle again by giving them mobility and accountability. I am the Will and I will show them the way.
