About Rebecca
We offer both Personal Training and Health Coaching (healthy weight loss).
Our Health Coaching program is not a diet, but rather a highly successful, guided change in eating habits for weight loss and usually results in a drop in cholestorol, blood pressure and glucose levels as well.
Personal Training workouts are written specifically for the individual with their limitations, abilities, preferences and goals in mind.
We also offer 22 Group Fitness classes per week with 10 of the best fitness instructors in the Fox Valley. First week of classes is always free at Blankfield BodyFit! Hope you can join our fitness family!
I love helping my clients meet their fitness goals and feel great about themselves. I find my job as Personal Trainer and Health Coach very rewarding as I see the positive change that being fit and feeling good has on their lives both personally and professionally.

Prior to my business, I was the National Fitness Director of the Ellipse Fitness chain and was responsible for writing daily workouts and training instructors. I am also currently a Les Mills BodyCombat instructor and have instructed classes in Weight Training, Bootcamps & Zumba as well.
