About Matt
As an ACE certified personal trainer, I encourage a "Fitness for Life" lifestyle that is moderate and sustainable. This includes sensible eating and moderate exercise for a lifetime... having fun by staying active and fit.
I love helping our members set up a lifestyle they enjoy and have fun with. Being fit and active doesn't have to be difficult... in fact, if it is difficult it is hard to continue as a life-long way of life. We take a long-term perspective of gradual fitness improvement over a lifetime of staying active and having fun.
