About Seth
I offer personal, one on one physical training without the need of a gym.
I enjoy helping people reach there goals and feel better about themselves both physically and mentally.
I have been working out my whole life and decided to make it a professional pursuit.
I was a personal training director for LA Fitness and ran my own club in Hollywood, CA last year.

First we will discuss personal goals, then together we will form a realistic, sensible approach to attaining those goals in the needed time frame. Working with my clients, I will make a specific program that works around schedule, perceived obstacles, and lifestyle to obtain results that my clients can feel and see.
I’ve worked with hundreds and hundreds of clients of all ages and circumstances.
