About Matt
SportPerformanceU starts every person that walks through our facility with an in depth set of analyses to measure stability, mobility, speed, strength, power and conditioning. From there a personalized program is developed for you that you will execute under the watchful eye of a sport performance coach in a small group setting. Nothing is missed when proper attention is payed to each person during their analyses and throughout their training experience at SportPerformanceU.
I love seeing people meet their fitness goals through hard work and consistency. When I have people on the training floor working hard and trying to get better I would never be able to call that work, that is pure enjoyment!
