About Jordan
I do not just give a workout - I teach my students the fundamentals of exercise in hopes that they become autonomous and no longer need my services. I have a big heart and passion that is obvious in my gregariousness and optimism. I am encouraging to all walks of life to embrace health and wellness and teach that anyone can be healthy. And, yes, I deliver the results the client wants and needs
I am a competitive endurance triathlete, having completed Iron Man, countless marathons, centuries, open water swims and combinations thereof. My specialty is being able to prepare people for similar events. This kind of training also applies very appropriately to clients with a wide range of goals.
I am also TRX, Spin, Pilates and Alexander Technique-certified: I am versatile and can offer something for everyone.
