Multi lingual trainer (Ukrainian, Russian and English) available online and in person. Loose weight and gain muscle with my personal eating and training plans. Also can do couple training with male training so couples can train together!

First I find out a new clients medical and fitness history. It's important to know how a person feels when they work out and if they have had any physical problems previously. I really want to get to know their goals before we embark on a fitness and life changing journey together.
