Hi there.
You are looking to make a decision on a coach and one that can coach you to your destination. I feel that I have been given the skills to get you there. If your ready and willing, you will look back and be amazed as to all you have accomplished. This is your time and I am here to make the most of it.

Empowering others to go for it! "It" can be better eating habits, weight loss, getting lean, to correcting some movement that has limited you progressing to the next level or simpley to having a better quality of movement at work/home life.
I enjoy coaching and been told my many that i am easy going, compassionate, fun, dry humor, love animals and nature. I take those and mix it with a balanced life that has a blend of doing what I love and love what I am doing, be it work or play.
I have over 20 year in the health and wellness field that range from boot camp instructor, occupational therapy modalities, nutrition habits, life coaching, etc...
I enjoy the reveal of one's power to achieve their health and fitness and that is just the beginning.
I taught fitness/wellness outdoors for 14 years.
My love of nature, people, fitness and life kept it going.
