Our goal is to improve performance while reducing the risk of injury. ME&I Fitness and Performance focuses on helping athletes and non-athletes move from just lifting weights to learning how to train to achieve their fitness goals. We focus on the proper exercies for specific sports as well as teaching proper form and execution.
