About Jess
Fitness and wellness have been marketed to and catered toward specific populations for years, so I am working to make my training sessions inclusive, creative, and unique! Working with diverse populations, with wide ranges of abilities I find fun and challenging exercise to help my clients meet their goals and fall in love with fitness!
I love being able to encourage and guide others as they grow. Seeing a client get stronger, faster, and more confident in themselves and their abilities makes me feel proud and inspired.
