About Hit
Fitness and a healthy lifestyle is my PASSION, that's why my services stand out, and because I make sure my clients/students achieve their results, I have a no excuse approach to it, and for the past 25 years since I've been in the fitness industry, it has worked without flaw. I currently hold 22 INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATIONS for fitness training. I also created the ONLY APPROVED Calisthenics certification on the market, which has been approved by major personal training companies (NASM, ISSA, IFPA & NCSF).
I enjoy the fact that I motivate & inspire people to make a lifestyle change, but it's when they achieve the change that I love the most !!
