Honestly ive been doing physical training,strength training, cardio 20 + yrs and at the age of 47 now nobody can not understand how gifted my body looks. My pictures speak for themselves , and anybody who is willing to do better for themselves i am open , & would love the opportunity of training you to reach your goals or greater.
