I have a extensive experience as an athlete, sports and fitness trainer and as a coach. My passion speaks for itself when it comes to transforming bodies and helping people in their sports and fitness journeys.
I enjoy helping everyone push towards their goals and helping them gain confidence about themselves. I love meeting new people and leaving an imprint on their life timeline.

Kash makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we’re doing, and consistently shows me new exercises.
