About Jen
I am currently a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor looking for dedicated clients. I can train in cardio and/or weights, just bands, no equipment, toning, strength and conditioning, with a focus on balance and core. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA/NASM Group Fitness Instructor, ASFA Aqua Certified, MAD DOG Spin Certified, and I am trained in kickboxing and MMA
