About Leilani
I have over 15 years of experience along with highly regarded certifications (NASM, ACSM, PN1) as well as a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical therapy.
The transformation of my clients seeing their fitness goals becoming a reality. It doesn't matter where you are now, we can get to your goal.
I love the way the human body works and moves. Being able to teach people how to move their body properly to be stronger, more flexible and healthier is why I love my job.
