I specialize in personal training and holistic lifestyle coaching including nutrition, sleep patterns and stress management. Your goals become my mission-losing weight, looking and feeling better, having more energy, and/or strengthening your body. I incorporate a wide variety of exercise modalities including yoga, Pilates, TRX, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, and calisthenics, which keep workouts fresh and challenging.
